Roots, I would like to petition the Federal Government for the following unlawful fabricated acts against both myself, the consitution and Bill of rights that every human being is due unless adequate due process is achieved.And not by faulty Prior info..of incouragble circumstances and frivilious allegations.

I would like to also petiton the Federal Government for redress and grievances of both my personal and professional character, and goals of which has been constantly called into question based On fabrication of both my character and personal consitutional rights to merely engulf the various hate crimes of both organized and un organized crime.
