The EPA has overstepped its jurisdiction with the updated policy for on highway conversions to race cars. This petition has been created for the sole purpose to have this clause removed and and the EPA investigate by outside entities.
The EPA has been bassist on what issues to investigate and who to fine, the most recent Volkswagen but was no where to be found in Michigan or Colorado both involving water being contaminated. For years the CO2 has been the major push for emissions even though our atmosphere is largely made of CO2 instead of regulating the main cause for concern which is particulates.
On top of this the EPA has been putting the US economy at a handicap, now turning to the automotive aftermarket to put hundreds of thousands out of jobs and destroy an American Past Time.
