The "EPR" petition requires all companies, manufacturers, producers and corporations to design environmentally-friendly products by holding these producers liable for the costs of managing their products at end of life/ recycling. The goal is to relieve states and taxpayers of the recycling costs. Make it a requirement that manufacturers internalize the cost of recycling within the product price.
