Every citizen of America should have EQUAL access to voting polls so they can VOTE. A federal regulation -amendment should be created GUARANTEEING that right. Voters should NOT be limited to the poll in their district if it takes them MORE than an hour to vote. If more than 50 people are in line to vote they should be able to go another poll and vote.
