Equal application of legislative decisions.

Require that all federal employees, to include all three branches; the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches, abide by elected officials decisions and resulting consequences. It is an obvious fact that federal employees that do not have anything to lose in making binding decisions for their fellow federal employees do not have an incentive to seek the best outcome for the group as a whole. In this regard the existing rules should be changed to include every federal employee, without exception to office or position is held to the same standard and set of circumstance as the common unelected employee. Only by receiving equal application of one’s own decisions can we be insured that rules, regulations and laws made by the minority be made in the favor of the good of the majority.
