Equal Bare Breasted/Topless Rights for Women in America!
I contend that a women's bare breast is natural and not offensive. With that said, women should not be legally oppressed into covering their bare breast in the same public places where men are allowed to bare their breast without criminal persecution.
I ask the Government of the United States of America, that it grant women legal equality to go bare breasted/topless in the same public places that men are are allowed to go bare breasted/topless.
I respectfully and kindly ask that you seriously consider this proposition of Equal Bare Breast/Topless rights for women.
