We seek $11.2 billion plus administrative costs for a program that will grow small business and middle class entrepreneurship in this country. This plan will start 1000 businesses a year for 20 years in 56 areas of the country, districts and protectorates. Business grants of $10,000 will be available to anyone with a viable business plan. There will be no restriction on criminal history, educational background or economic status.
