We seek $11.2 billion plus administrative costs for $10,000 business grants for creating, sustaining and stabilizing Black businesses. This will assist in repairing legacy of slavery, Jim Crow/discrimination, Contra/drugs. This will create 1000 businesses a year in 56 areas for 20 years. These are $10,000 grants for starting a business. 56,000 $10,000 grants will be given each year for 20 years. Any feasible business plan qualifies. Economic status, education or criminal background will not disqualify a person.
