We need a bill that will stabilize and create Black businesses in urban areas. At the town hall meeting 7/14/16 w/POTUS, police chief Flynn said communities of color were "disadvantaged." The POTUS said we must "invest in those communities." Small business employs 49-52% of the workforce in this country. This initiative: creates jobs, helps pay down the deficit, contributes taxes benefiting schools and gov. services, will grow the middle class, will decrease crime. This initiative provides 1000, $10,000 business grants in each of 56 targeted areas every year for 20 yrs. This will cost $11.2B. This is a grant paid back by successful businesses in taxes. This is a solid investment. This initiative should not deny anyone based on educ, econ status or criminal background.
