All people have the right to live with shelter. Many people cannot purchase a home because of the credit card debt currently owed by many in our nation. There should be a government sponsored home purchase rent-to own program for those who can afford to purchase a home but have trouble qualifying through the traditional banking/credit system. The program could sustain itself with the small amount of income it could earn by offering homes as fair prices. Create a website to list homes and offer an application for homes on the site all over the nation. Perhaps an application fee is fair if the process super convenient. More people would move around if it were simple to purchase a home. People would move to new places more readily if it were simple to purchase a home.
