We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Equal Justice

Created by G.B. on November 07, 2016

In light of the recent decision not to indict Secretary Clinton for mishandling of classified information based upon a lack of "Criminal Intent", we request that the President direct the Department of Justice to review all cases of mishandling of classified information which resulted in conviction to insure that the element of " criminal intent to harm the national security" was proven beyond a reasonable doubt, and in those instances where "criminal intent to harm the national security was not proven, that those convictions be overturned, the record of conviction be expunged and that the individuals be "made whole" with the exception of restoration of security clearance.
