Equal opportunity for low income individuals

As young black teen living below poverty line due police brutality & gang violence I have been displaced due to felony convictions on my record which has ,made it hard to obtain college education and stable jobs.I have also been displaced from living in permanent housing living in streets in halfway houses and jails because of my unjust convictions and accusations against not being able afford an attorney has caused me live without healthcare,medical,insurance,foodstamps I have constantly applied for and have been turned down.as low income individual and teen youth I believe the discrimination being poor isn't equal oppurtunity and having been forced to live doing illegal things makes no sense as far as the achievement towards success. I think more resources should be provided .
