Why do divorce courts favor the mother every time, and attempt to alienate a good loving father from his child's life? Why do they order the father to make unreasonably high child support payments that they can't afford, but do not order mothers to financially support their children? These are only a few of many problems within the family court system that is intended to be in the best interests of the child. There is bias, prejudice and discrimination in family court towards men. Yes the family court system is broken and needs major reform. Divorce is a common thing today and we must have a better system in place for our children because they need their fathers too.
