Equal pay and benefits for performance for our elected officials.

This petition is to challenge our federal elected officials based upon their approval ratings. Legislation should be passed to “Pay for Performance.” What this will do is make career politician more accountable for their performance based upon the approval ratings given by the nation. Unsatisfactory performance should no longer be rewarded in this country. If a politician average performance over their life career is not over 65% then I think its fair that they should not be paid a lifetime salaries nor benefits. We should stop the approval of archaic principals in a growing nation and make those pay who stop the progression of a nation. This will force politicians to step out beyond special interest groups, unsupported ideologies and to eliminate red tape in our political process.
