We the women of the United States demand equal pay to a man in the same position. It should be viewed as great shame to America that this issue is still persisting in the 21st century. The mere fact that gender can be used to make an assumption of one's work ethic is absurd. This request is simple and just. Equal pay for the women that contribute to this country every day.
