Women in all and any work places should not be discriminated and all the women should be given equal salary as men in their work place, doing the same job. If a man is given a dollar for a job than a woman should be given a dollar too for the same job. No one gender should be considered superior to another. When women work hard and do a job along with taking care of a whole house then they should at least have the privilege to have equal pay to a guy doing the same job. All people are equal, and everyone should be granted all the same rights and benefits. This a country that prompts equal rights for all. So women should be payed equally as men.
