Equal pay for women

I think that a woman working the same job as a man should get payed the same wages. But women actually make 77 cents to every dollar a man does doing the same job. Now for most people that might not seem like alot, but after a while it adds up. not to metion it's extremly unfair to women who work just as hard as men to get their pay deducted because of there sex.
