Amend the US Constitution with the following:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Requiring pregnant women obtain governmental approval to have a medical procedure performed would make women fundamentally unequal. All persons' right to contraception and women's right to an abortion are declared fundamental rights and shall not be infringed. Nothing in this provision shall require governmental funding of contraception or abortions.
