EQUAL RECOGNITION OF TAX PAYER'S FUNDING ENTITLEMENT

I petition President Obama to address his speech and treat all business/industry/agency/organization/coorporation that got rich directly and indirectly through tax payer fund as a public/tax payer entitlement program.
Individual who got rich through these business/industry/agency/organization/coorporation should be treated equally with those who collect food stamp/medicare/etc... thus progressive tax should be acceptable and applicable.
Those who got rich by creating products that are non-goverment mandated and consumers want or use, would not be considered as those above individuals who are rich by direct or non-direct tax payer funds. Progressive tax would not be needed but should be fairly applied.
This would stop the misguided and definition of goverment entitlement program.
