Equal Representation in Legislation Reform Act by the government funding the campaigns in both state and federal levels

High campaign cost has issued in an era of 'Puppet Politicians' who can't afford to have The People's Interest at heart when drafting legislation or regulation reforms. The high cost of a campaign almost guarantees that only the rich and well connected candidates will win, which has resulted in the Scales of Justice and Liberty tipping out of balance. Equality under the law will only return to our government when all campaigns are funded solely and equally by our government and not by the wealthy and special interest groups. These outside influences have been preventing our constitution from functioning as designed by the Founding Fathers. Government funding for all campaigns is our only hope for actual Equality under the Law as set forth under the constitution.
