This is not just rights for Fathers, but rights for Children to be able to spend time with their parents equally. Whether it be legislative or executive please take action. Something needs to change our antiquated and sexist court system. We need legislation that states equal time with parents is in a child's best interest. The studies prove it, and you've said it yourself, children need their parents!
