Equal rights for Felons

This petition is allowing equal employment to those who have criminal background and have server their time as required by law in that state. Also it will give the selected few who have rehabilitated them self by attend college or trade school better jobs to support there families. Yes we know about the Second Chance Act but it only applies to those on a Federal level, what we are speaking about is and a state level of non- violent crimes
