We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Equal rights on job applications by means of excluding information unnessicary to the job

Created by S.W. on July 08, 2016

Seeing how current job applications allow for companies or employers to or not to hire workers based on uncontrollable factors, such as race, age, or sex illegally, it is desirable for employers to be restricted from demanding such information on a job application, or recording such information by other means, unless it is a danger to the worker, employer, or colleagues, or prevents the worker from completing their required tasks.
