Require all persons performing Law Enforcement within the Federal Government to be placed in the Law Enforcement Pay/Retirement system. If you carry a weapon and make arrest, then you receive the classification and benefits. Those that have been have been performing these functions prior to their 40 th. Birthday would be grandfathered into the system and credited the full time. Therefore all Federal Law Enforcement would become equal.
