Equality for Down Syndrome patients to get organ transplants, not denied JUST because they have DS. Where is the justice

Humans with Down Syndrome dying because they are not given equal/fair opportunity for organ transplants. Why if our nation has come so far do we still discriminate against particular Special Needs Medical Conditions. Even when insurance approves the procedure to be done it is shut down without a second look because why, they have Down Syndrome. I see our government get involved with legalities of professional sports, WHY can WE not see the same done when it comes to a humans life? Over the past year I have read about 4 children under 5 years of age dying because they had Down Syndrome and were not authorized an Organ transplant because of this. DS humans are how we should all model ourselves after on how to not see faults in others. Mr Obama, you have enough time to make change. Here it is
