Physical test standards and performance for women and men are different, and cannot stay that way if society wants them to perform at the same capacity. Women's standards must be raised to be equal to men's standards in order to maintain efficiency. That would apply to active military, reserve military, cadet/JROTC/ROTC programs, EMS, law enforcement, and fire departments. With unequal standards, women are not as physically prepared as men for their line of duty. Equalizing the physical requirements will help increase effectiveness and efficiency throughout our departments of social/civil services. Women deserve a right to serve and protect this nation, and they deserve to be held to the same quota. It's how equality works.
