Ms.Scanlon caseworker at the Framingham TAFDC office refuses to offer this family emergency support she has been without cash benefits and food stamps since June 18, 2013, this is Genocide and hatred towards an African American family, It is obvious Ms.Debra Scanlon has no concern for the well being of this family, she has rejected her plea for food stamps and cash to provide for necessities for soap for bathing and clothing this baby, who is 3 years old, Ms. Debra Scanlon is a threat to African American women and children; families who are indigent and in need of food and cash to survive, this is Genocide.she born this baby into this world and Mom has a chronic illness, for which there is no cure.since June 18, 2013, she was cut off Ms. Debra Scanlon went on vacation and ignored her plea
