Eradicate age barriers for employment; however the ability to administer the required performance.
Support all families not just the Middle Class; but allow the underclass to be a part of a recognized society; enabling them the opportunity to rise above poverty.
Create infrastructure for poor people; with providing on the job training accessible within the community, and whom if given an opportunity, can and will work, providing for their families with dignity; and again opposing the age barrier.
