America's economy has suffered in the recent years due to an influx of retardation in the population, particularly in the government. We wish to see a change in the educational status of the government officials, and require at least a 4-year college degree before being allowed to take any government position over a Governor, and that they have at least an adequate understanding of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We hope that you will consider/read this and take into account how important this issue is.
