By Fining file share sites for not self regulating and also setup computer servers to intercept and destroy child pornography. If hackers can shut down legitimate websites surely we can block and stop these disgusting and morally corrupt sites from spreading child pornography. This is becoming a serious problem on the internet. Child pornography continually victimizes the victim every-time it downloaded and spread from computer to computer knowingly or unknowingly.
