WE THE PEOPLE:
The citizens of our southern Border States (Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas) and citizens alike, call upon the deployment of the National Guard to secure and stop the continuous invasion of illegal aliens into our country. The people will contract with the army corps of engineers to bring our current border into the 21th century; hi-tech, fortified and impassable. Our border patrol will work smarter, not harder, to protect our country. This initiative will be placed on a nationwide ballot.
