WE THE PEOPLE:
Formally request the abolishment of “The Deportation/Relief from Removal Process.” It is too costly and provides criminals with unjustified leverage. The United States of America will adopt a new, more cost-effective policy, “In & Out.” For the willful act of illegal entry into the United States there will be only one legal remedy, “immediate removal.” It is incomprehensible to think this deportation process has ever been effective in the prosecution of/and determent of illegal immigration. This is highly evidenced by decades of constant bombardment of illegal aliens entering our country and gaining legal status. This initiative will be placed on a nationwide ballot.
