WE THE PEOPLE:
The federal government will cease & desist the issuance of INS 151 green cards, work permits to illegals, family reunification visas, asylum, and the refugee program. Until illegal immigration has been eradicated from the United States and a new threshold for legal foreign residency has been established, aforementioned programs will be suspended indefinitely.
In accordance with section 274 felonies under the federal immigration and nationality act, INA 274a(a)(1)(A): illegal aliens will be prohibited from gaining legal status through ins 151 green cards, work permits, and asylum. This initiative will be placed on a nationwide ballot.
