WE THE PEOPLE:
Formally request to have the 14th Amendment of the Constitution amended to unequivocal state: the provision is, that ‘all persons born to citizens and naturalized citizens, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.’ For far too long the 14th Amendment has been trampled upon by illegal aliens looking to gain a foothold in our society and unjust access to our country’s welfare programs using their children born on American soil. A true American is born to parents with generations of ancestry; with an allegiance to one country, one flag. This initiative will be placed on a nationwide ballot.
