erase all convictions of all US citizens if the Mexicans get amnesty from their criminal intent for being in the US.

Erase all felony convictions which are non-violent if the illegal Mexicans get amnesty granted by the government. If all American are to be treated the same under the laws of our country then provide the criminals who were rightly and sometimes wrongly convicted of crimes a way to rebuilt their lives like the illegal Mexican's will get if they are not fully prosecuted for the felony crimes of entering into the US without proper documentation. Selective enforcement of laws is not a pert of the Constitution nor a part of any legal system in the US.
