Erase all marijuana criminal records for those who didn't distribute it.

All those who only distrubuted the drug (dealers,those who had mass quantities of marijuana and/or committed other serious offenses while in possession of marijuana at the time of arrest) can have the charge permanently on their record. All minor marijuana possession charges should be erased. I believe by doing this the lesser offenses can be dismissed and the government uses less of taxpayers money for the minor offenses and the government can start using the taxpayers money to contribute to more beneficial causes such as but not limited to: finding jobs for those who want to work who have a criminal history,educating the government on how to prevent more serious crimes that involve violence,put more law enforcement officers on the streets to work more closely with the community.
