There is over a trillion dollars in student loan debt and as of now people cannot get student loan debt eliminated by bankruptcy. This petition would both eliminate all current student loan debt and allow for those in the future suffering from the burden of student loan debt to be allowed to have their debt erased during bankruptcy.
