The cash flow made by states recently by making the recreational/medical use of marijuanna legal has been astronomical. By making it federally legal and now having a way to place a federal tax on its use we could lessen our federal debt. Though i do not personally take pleasure in the use, i strongly believe we could make substantial finial gains by doing so.
