Non sexual non violent felonies on a juvenile can ruin rest of their lives over mistakes as a CHILD!!! GIve people a chance at life and reality, without those stupid mistakes, if u want crime rate less do this, statistics show that repeat felons do more crimes to get by because no one wants them... Even if its stupid things you did as a child.
