In case any state(s) successfully sucede from the Union:
(1) Erect Electrical Fence around the boarder, around the suceded State(s).
(2) Place Alligators around the boarder of the suceded State(s).
(3) The States which have suceded the Union must be liable for all the cost of installation, equipments and alligators.
