erect a monument within the National Mall in honor of the late Hawaii Senator, Daniel Inouye.

Created by C.G. on December 17, 2012

The later Hawaii Senator, Daniel Inouye was the very essence of a true American, having fought bravely for people who, at the time, saw him as their mortal enemy. Daniel Inouye is the type of man that deserves the highest of recognitions and his legacy immortalized so that future generations may learn from his bravery and commitment to the American dream so that they may be inspired by his efforts. A monument in the National Mall would do just this, and also show visitors from around the world what it really means to be a true American.
