The Eric Garner Internal Affairs Directive is a proposed executive order to create a new, Federal police force that would be stationed in police departments across the nation.These specialized agents are to be reachable through 911 dispatch to report a dangerous situation of police brutality. The specific guidelines for the directive are as follows:
Agents are not to respond to regular police calls.
Agents are not to act in any way as normal police except when there is a dangerous situation occurring that actively endangers one or more persons.
In a given police Department there are to be no less that 1 agent per 10 officers.
Agents are to be willing and able to respond to reports of police brutality with the same speed police officers are expected to respond to 911 calls.
