Eric Holder to ALSO charge De’Marquis Elkins with a federal hate crime charge if he charges George Zimmerman.

This is to make Eric Holder ALSO charge De’Marquis Elkins, (the 17 year old African american teen, who intentionally shot and killed a baby in a stroller.) with a hate crime and also push civil rights charges.. it would be hypocritical and racist to charge George Zimmerman, and not De’Marquis Elkins
