Establish a 10% flat tax on EVERY person, including corporations, no exceptions.

I believe the tax code should be much simpler, and fair to every tax payer.

There should be a flat tax of 10%, not to exclude any person or entity, such as a corporation.

This tax will be the budget of the United States of America. America will in turn pay for necessary services such as education and military.

10% of this tax shall be reserved for the national debt. When the national debt is paid, these funds shall be held within an interest bearing account to be used as a 'safety net' for America. These funds shall be used when America needs it most, such as during times of disaster, war, famine, etc.
