The addition of a 3rd national park in Texas would benefit the environment, individuals and families for years to come.
National parks provide positive experiences for people from all walks of life. They provide education in history, natural resources, environment, as well as opportunities to be physically active. They preserve green space and wildlife habitats which are rapidly disappearing, and provide employment and revenues as well. People learn conservation and respect for our environment when visiting national parks.
