Establish 8 year term limits for the Congress, House, and Senate.

I beleive that by establishing 8 year term limits for the House, Senate, and Congress, it will help eliminate the ability of our elected representatives to create the stagnant and unproductive atmosphere that exists now.The change in term limits should also include pay hikes based on productivity controled by we the people on a yearly basis and on an individual basis not as a whole.This should help end this partisan bickering that we have come to hate so much.It will also send a message to the politicians that they were elected by us and work for our best intrests not there parties intrests.
