Establish 8 year term limits for the House and Senate and end their automatic pensions. Establishing term limits will end bitter bi-partisan bickering when the members are in office too long; this action = progress. End automatic pensions unless the Congressman or Senator serve at least 20 years of federal service. They are respresentatives for the People, not better than the People.
