Dear Ladies and Gentleman,
please establish an official E-Post (electronic letter) service for correspondense with state authorities (government, jurisdiction, police, town halls, tax offices ect.).
The protection of content of the letters must be enable(Posting Success).
Due to more and more electronic communication in the public life, like E-Mails ect. the states and his governments also need the possibility to communicate via electronic letters with the people if they agreed. Also it is very important that the posting success is guaranted (its neccessary to establish a system that will fullfill this and maybe other requirements).
Also costs for paper and stamps can be reduced. The enviroment protection due to reduce paper useing is an additional plus.
