Establish an Administrative Division of Land for the Jewish People in the Northwest

The rapidly growing Orthodox Jewish community in the New York region is facing an existential threat from its neighbors. From Lakewood, NJ to Kiryas Joel, NY, our peaceful existence is threatened by hostile neighbors seeking to stifle our community's growth. We struggle for not only land, but water. Moreover, rapidly increasing taxes and the overall cost-of-living makes it nearly impossible to raise our families and give them the tools to thrive. We cannot practice our faith under these conditions. We implore the Federal Government to authorize and subsidize the creation of an Administrative Division of Land allocated to the Jewish community, so that we may have ample space for growth and remove ourselves from the hostilities we face now.
