What I am requesting Mr. President, is that an African American Sovereign Entity be established; modeled after the Native American Reservation. This entity's task will be the management of African American Affairs. Furthermore Sir, I am requesting a Presidential Directive to establish and fund "The President's African American Liaison Group". The President's African American Liaison Group's first objective will be to travel the country and the world seeking ideas and partners to create a solid foundation upon which "The African American Equality Act" can be built.
